If you are not happy with our service during your first thirty days with us and wish to move to another host we will refund every cent of your hosting fees. No hassle and no quibbling. You cancel your plan and request a refund and we issue a refund. There is a comments section on the cancellation form and we would appreciate knowing why you are leaving us and you don’t have to give us a reason, except it might help us improve our service.

UpTime Guarantee

The Failover servers are probably the very best system for keeping your website online and visible to the world but even they are not infallible. We guarantee 99.9% network uptime during each calendar month and if we fail to meet that standard of service we pay you back. Acts of God, war, terrorism and scheduled maintenance being exceptions to the rule. We will, of course, make you aware of any expected interruption of service due to maintenance, upgrading or when we are replacing equipment in order to provide you with better service and would not refund accounts for any of the above circumstances.

Network downtime is measured from the time the network is 100% unreachable, until service is once again restored. In order to request a credit, you must e-mail us at: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it within seven (7) days after the last day of the calendar month in which the downtime occurred. (For example, if the downtime occurs during the month of December, Home with Jesus.com must receive your e-mail between January 1 and January 7. E-mail notifications that are not sent within the first seven (7) days of the month immediately following the downtime will not be eligible for credits.

The amount of the credits are determined by the following table, based on the amount of Network Uptime the Home with Jesus network has provided for the month in which a credit is requested.

Home with Jesus.com will review claims of uptime violations during normal business hours of the first through seventh day of the month, and will apply any applicable credit to Customer’s account within two billing cycles after Home with Jesus.com receives Customer’s credit request.
